Registered Trade-mark Agent

Preparing a trade-mark application and the administrative process can be a complex task, and more particularly if a third party challenges the right to the mark. It is highly recommended that an owner hire a registered trade-mark agent to act on their behalf.

In order to become a trade-mark agent, a Canadian resident must have worked in the field of trade-marks for at least 24 months, and have passed the qualifying examinations.

An experienced, competent trade-mark agent who is well-briefed can save an owner problems caused by an improperly prepared application or inadequate research.

O’BRIEN TM SERVICES knows what questions to ask and has the practical experience and knowledge to assist its clients in obtaining a strong and valid trade-mark registration.
